Orders are shipped through regular carriers like UPS, FEDEX, CANPAR.

Customers are updated with tracking number via Email/SMS once the order is shipped out from our warehouse.

 

DEPOT PICKUP


If you choose this option for heavier items, we ship your order on Standard Pallet/Skid to our Carrier Partners Terminal located in most major cities across Canada. Below you will find link of major terminal locations. You will be notified via Call/Email before we ship out as you will have 48 hours to pickup your order once it arrives at the terminal. You will be notified via Call/Email when your order is available for pickup. 

If you fail to pickup within 48 hours, storage fees applies and is to be paid by you. If the order is sent back to our warehouse due to no response from you ,return shipping cost is to be paid by you and shipping charges are not refunded.

 

Note : Pickup from Terminal is only during regular business hours on weekdays. Pickups are not allowed on weekends and public holidays.

STANDARD DOOR DELIVERY

If you choose this option, the order is shipped on Standard Pallet(Skid) and is dropped curb-side/driveway of your House/Apartment. We notify you when we process your order and ship out.

Note : You will be charged for any extra service you ask for beyond what’s mentioned above.

Example : This could include asking the driver to bring the products inside your house.

It could also be storage fees, if you are not around when the shipment arrives.

We take pride in our ability to provide reliable and cost effective shipping solutions to our customers. But we cannot accept extra charges from our delivery providers because we already offer great pricing on our products and shipping. We cant afford to accept any extra charges that was not paid for already by the customer. If we get charged extra from the shipping company you will be invoiced for this service.
